Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Darwin Galactic is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for receiving text messages.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for the purposes described in this policy. We may share phone numbers with our messaging service provider solely to deliver messages on our behalf, subject to contractual obligations to protect your information.

12.1 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content linked or referenced by our search services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

12.3 Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed or de-indexed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the URL where it previously appeared in our search results.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Darwin Galactic may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the removed reference within 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

12.4 Repeat Infringers

We believe you should have meaningful control over your personal information. If our search results surface personal data about you that you would like removed, we are happy to help.

13.1 What You Can Request

You may ask us to de-index search results that contain:

13.2 How to Submit a Request

• The specific URL(s) you would like de-indexed from our search results.

• Your relationship to the information (i.e., confirmation that the data is about you or someone you are legally authorized to represent).

13.3 What to Expect

We will review your request and respond within 30 days. If we are able to honor your request, we will de-index the specified results from our search services. Please note that removing a result from our search index does not delete the content from the original website — you may also need to contact the site owner directly. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as a prominent notice on our website or via email).
